What does it mean to be a Community Hub School?

Rogers became a Community Hub School in 2019. The Schools as Community Hubs strategy is intended to make a school – a place that already acts as a natural anchor for kids – the center of an entire neighborhood. By aligning resources within and surrounding Rogers, the Hub strives to foster student success and well-being as well as engage families and the larger community.

The University Church serves as the lead partner Rogers High School Community Hub, in partnership with TPS and United Way. Our vision is to ensure every student at Rogers is safe, cared for, and valued by aligning resources within and surrounding Rogers.
